Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SWYNQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
SWYNQ is an AI-powered personal styling application that:
- Helps you organize your wardrobe digitally
- Provides AI-generated outfit recommendations
- Offers weather-appropriate styling suggestions
- Learns your style preferences over time
The App is designed to simplify your daily outfit decisions using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
User Accounts
To use SWYNQ, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to SWYNQ, including photos of your clothing items. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:
- Process and store your photos
- Use AI to analyze and tag your items
- Generate outfit recommendations
- Display your content back to you
We do not share your personal photos with other users or third parties for purposes other than providing our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use SWYNQ to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
- Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Subscription and Payments
SWYNQ offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
Free Tier:
- Limited daily outfit generations
- Limited wardrobe item storage
SWYNQ Pro:
- Unlimited outfit generations
- Unlimited wardrobe storage
- Priority AI processing
- Advanced styling features
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies.
Intellectual Property
The SWYNQ App, including its design, features, content, and AI algorithms, is owned by SWYNQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
AI and Recommendations
Our AI-powered recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that:
- Recommendations will be perfect for every occasion
- AI-generated outfit combinations will suit your specific needs
- The service will be available without interruption
Style is subjective, and our AI learns from your feedback to improve over time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWYNQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the App will be revoked
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
- Any remaining subscription will be handled per store policies
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
